I think this will be very big in the years to come. A good idea that will be very popular in rooms that are getting built that are smaller than in the past.

This is very useful because normally i've been trying to remove skirting boards i've ended up taking a whole load of plaster off the wall and had to get someone in to redo it because I have no clue - obviously that cost me a lot more money and i've had to replace the boards anyway!!
